Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our DevOps initiatives, focusing on requirements that ensure security, compliance, and streamlined user access. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical protocols for interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering : Eliciting IAM needs from stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and business objectives; acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and end‑users.
Solution Design and Implementation : Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs and security standards while identifying opportunities for optimization.
Compliance & Gap Analysis : Conducting gap analyses to ensure IAM practices meet regulatory standards such as ISO 27001 and industry best practices; ensuring IAM processes and solutions comply with internal policies and security standards.
Process Optimization : Analyzing and improving identity management procedures, user experience, and access control models (RBAC, ABAC).
Integration Support : Understanding how IAM solutions integrate with various systems and APIs using standards like SAML, OAUTH, and SCIM; providing support for IAM tools and resolving access‑related issues for internal teams.
Documentation : Creating and maintaining essential documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and visual aids.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Mentorship : Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to DevOps engineers, developers, support staff, and QA; fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Collaboration : Working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes; participating in architectural discussions and design reviews to promote best practices.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Problem‑Solving : Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex security and access management issues.
Base Qualifications
Experience with interoperability protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, REST, and SOAP APIs.
Understanding of basic IAM processes: RBAC, provisioning, deprovisioning, Active Directory, SDLC, audit.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies; experience with design tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field; certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.

Additional Employee Requirements
Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary.
Ability to work on client or corporate offices onsite, as necessary.
Prolonged periods of stationary desk work and computer use, as necessary.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary.
Hand‑eye coordination required to operate computers and various office equipment, as necessary.
Vision abilities including close vision; tolerance of fluorescent lighting and focus adjustment, as necessary.
For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary.
For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function.
