Job Description
Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.Enforce site safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.Monitor project progress, proactively resolving issues to minimise delays.Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant
Experience managing interior construction projects with strong knowledge of this nature.Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.Ability to support business development efforts and contribute to generating new project opportunities.
