Join our Team in Little Canada, MN as a DISPATCHER!
Job Overview:
The Traffic Control Dispatcher is our first line of contact with our customers. They gather all the important information needed for the drivers in the field.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Processes daily emails and phone callsSchedule and dispatch crews to job sitesProcesses requests for jobs at odd hoursOther duties and projects assigned
Standard Shift hours: 7am-4:30pm
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentThree years' clerical/administrative experienceExcellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficientAbility to multitaskPossess basic computer skills - including emailMust be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situationsAbility to maintain and protect confidential informationProficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)
Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
