We're looking for someone to implement business analytics and processes, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user‑friendly client experiences.
As an IT business analyst, you'll help develop leading‑edge systems. Working with your team of engineers and specialists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll contribute to the delivery of high business value products to our clients.

You Have
Experience working in a team environment
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring/Summer 2026
Nice If You Have
Experience in a professional work environment
Experience as an intern, support contractor, government staff, or industry staff
Knowledge of problem‑solving and data analysis

Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, educational background, skills, and experience.

Work Model
Remote : If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
Hybrid : If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
Onsite : If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
