We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our sales operations by managing client communications, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding service. Experience Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions. Self‑motivated and target‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel as required. Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrable experience in presenting technical products and services to customers, providing expert advice and troubleshooting customer queries. Responsibilities The Sales Engineer will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions and effectively articulating the value of our products and services. This role is responsible for the effective coordination of project sales and helps to develop and maintain relationships. Understand our product’s technical features, functionalities and benefits. Study customer needs, pain points, and business challenges and create customized sales proposals. Conduct product demonstrations and virtual showcases to communicate key features and benefits, while addressing technical questions and concerns from customers. Provide pre‑sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings. Liaise with the engineering or technical team to address technical concerns or requirements. Develop and deliver technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications and product training sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Provide post‑sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service. Give timely feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings. Follow all operating instructions as outlined. Follow all safety rules outlined by the company. Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking for duration of shift; bending, stooping, climbing stairs or ladders as needed; excellent vision and depth perception; and attention to detail. Maintain a valid driver’s license and USDOT Medical Card. Skills Problem‑Solving: The process of achieving a goal by overcoming obstacles. Communication Proficiency: Conveys ideas and facts using language the audience will best understand. CRM Proficiency: Ability to effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and systems to manage customer interactions, data, and build strong relationships. Computer Efficiency: The ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize digital systems and tools as provided by the company; data input rate above 65 WPM is required. Time Management: Planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities to increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Negotiation & Persuasion: The skill and ability to effectively negotiate, which involves reaching mutually beneficial agreements through communication and compromise. Technical Content: Ability to create technical content to provide instructions or explain technical concepts regarding a product or service. Attention to Detail: Ability to efficiently allocate resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks. Organization: An efficient and orderly approach to tasks. Education Requirements A bachelor's degree or equivalent certification from technical school or two‑year institution is preferred.
