Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure stable operation of in-house software systems and network connections by planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all network software and communications. Conduct system administration activities including general maintenance, upgrades, and deployments of servers and enterprise applications. Manage and direct the configuration and operation of enterprise information systems to meet organizational performance goals. Troubleshoot and resolve end user software issues, connectivity problems, and service interruptions across local and remote environments. Analyze system capacity and performance, making recommendations for configuration changes or system upgrades as needed. Implement automation tools and scripts to increase the accuracy and efficiency of system administration tasks. Develop and maintain system administration procedures and conduct training and skill assessments for system admin staff. Provide end-user training and technical support to enhance system usability and understanding. Lead and supervise other system administrators in day-to-day support operations, including system optimization and user support. Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking to ensure load balancing, fault tolerance, and high availability. Perform vulnerability management, applying patches and remediation in compliance with cybersecurity standards. Align system architecture and infrastructure with strategic business and technology objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in Information Processing, with a focus on diverse hardware/software solutions. At least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software systems. Education Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
