DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:
Mostra Centropolis, situé à Laval, est présentement à la recherche d'un( e) concierge résident, pour son immeuble locatif. On dit de vous que vous êtes une personne polyvalente, agile de ses mains avec un sens de l’organisation aiguisé? Vous êtes la personne qu’il nous faut!
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
- Assurer l'entretien des espaces et des systèmes de la propriété
- Assurer l'entretien et de la propreté des lieux
- Assurer la propreté des entrées et aires communes
- Assurer le maintien de la propreté de l'environnement de travail
- Effectuer l'entretien des lieux selon la fréquence prévue à cette fin ou lorsque requis
- Effectuer les réparations mineures dans les appartements et les aires communes
- Entretenir le terrain
- Faire visiter les appartements à des locataires éventuels et percevoir les loyers
- Laver les vitres aux entrées principales et secondaires
- Nettoyer et effectuer les tâches inhérentes à l'entretien des planchers dans les aires communes
- Être disponible pour répondre aux urgences
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
- DEP en entretien général d'immeuble (un atout)
