At Marvin Composites, it’s important to us that you can grow your career and remain challenged in your role, we offer cross-training opportunities and growth from our skill advancement program!As part of this role, your primary responsibility is to lead all aspects of the efficient and accurate delivery of raw materials to our production lines. This entails careful coordination to guarantee that materials are where they need to be when they are needed. Your attention to detail and commitment to timely deliveries are essential in maintaining the seamless operation of our production processes. Schedule
6:30 PM - 6:45 AM
The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!Pay:
Effective Hourly rate: $28.20/hr.
(includes base pay $22.10, $3/hr. night premium, $4/hr. weekend premium, and OT)
 
Perform quality tests, measure, and document results, including proactively addressing materials issues to meet our standardsApply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activitiesUtilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specificationKeep production running efficiently with timely material deliveryFoster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and supportUphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace
High School diploma or GED preferred18 years of age requiredCapability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50lbs to support production needsA self-motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectivelyBasic math skills and general computer proficiency
