Job Description: Responsible for providing project support to Department Directors. Provides consulting services to process and program leaders and team leaders. Analyzes, and presents alternatives, makes recommendations and provides assistance for resolving business and technical issues confronting process leaders and team leaders in the areas of planning, performance measurement, change management, and periodic assessment review. This role is also responsible for day-to-day activities related to contract and vendor management, procurement activities for various business units and technological applications used within Customer Care.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience analyzing data and utilizing reporting tools, spreadsheets, graphs, flowcharts, and other analytical techniques to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and support decision-making. Minimum of 8 years of experience performing cost-benefit analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling, and evaluating alternative solutions to support business and technology investment decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing or supporting the full Procurement Lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract administration, purchasing, and supplier management. 3+ years of experience working with Financial Systems, Payment Processing, and Payment Reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. 1+ year of experience in contract negotiation, contract management, procurement strategies, and industry best practices. 1+ year of experience quickly learning and adapting to emerging technologies, complex contracting environments, benchmarking methodologies, and related documentation. 2+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, and addressing customer needs through effective problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and service-oriented solutions. 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to recognize, value, and incorporate different perspectives, experiences, approaches, and cultures to achieve organizational goals.
