Wat doe je als Recruiter CoolblueBezorgt Almere bij Coolblue?Als Recruiter bij CoolblueBezorgt ben jij in de lead over je eigen vacatures en verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces. Je zoekt actief naar kandidaten, voert telefonische intakes en sollicitatiegesprekken. Daarnaast begeleid je kandidaten stap voor stap door hun sollicitatie en zorg je ervoor dat elke kandidaat een fijne en duidelijke kandidaatreis heeft.
Je haalt actief feedback op, bekijkt recruitmentdata en gebruikt deze inzichten om je aanpak steeds slimmer te maken. Ook werk je nauw samen met teamleiders en depotmanagers om de instroom te plannen en te optimaliseren. Af en toe werk je op een ander depot of het hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam, zodat je goed aangesloten blijft bij het team.
- Actief op zoek gaan naar de beste kandidaten voor onze vacatures, zowel via traditionele kanalen, talentpooling of creatieve sourcing-methodes.
- Kandidaten enthousiasmeren over werken bij ons en hen begeleiden door het sollicitatieproces.
- Telefonisch, digitaal en soms op locatie contact hebben met potentiële collega’s om te ontdekken wie het beste bij ons past.
- Creatief meedenken en nieuwe manieren ontwikkelen om talent aan te trekken wanneer het aantal sollicitaties achterblijft, bijvoorbeeld door het organiseren van events.
- Samenwerken met collega’s en afdelingen om het recruitmentproces soepel te laten verlopen en de beste match te vinden.
- Sparringpartner zijn voor teamleiders en depotmanagers over instroom en doorstroom.
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- Je bent proactief: zie je dat de instroom achterblijft, dan kom jij zelf met ideeën om nieuw talent te vinden.
- Je hebt ervaring met het organiseren van (selectie)events of andere activiteiten waar mensen enthousiast van worden.
- Je schrijft en spreekt goed Nederlands.
- Je werkt planmatig en houdt overzicht in een dynamische en soms hectische omgeving.
- Stakeholdermanagement gaat je goed af: je werkt prettig samen en houdt betrokkenen actief op de hoogte.
