Highlights of the Position
Outpatient practice with hospital consults
Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients throughout the continuum of care. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with various endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid conditions.
Educating patients on diabetes self-management, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of adhering to prescribed treatment plans.
Diabetes teaching unit with a pump program supported by Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians in an ADA recognized diabetes center
Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations)
Well-established practice with strong internal and external referral base
Candidate Requirements

Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
