divh2Territory Sales Representative/h2pITW Construction - Channel Sales is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative develops, maintains, and expands customer relationships within an assigned territory and is responsible for achieving sales quotas and profitability objectives. The Sales Representative represents the ITW Power Nailing, Structural Fastening, and Mechanical Fastening brands to assigned customers and drives results through the development and implementation of territory and key account plans to support national and regional sales initiatives./ppThis role may be based in the Quad Cities (IA/IL) or Madison, WI./ppITW Residential Construction offers a broad range of professional grade anchoring tools and fasteners for numerous construction applications. Our products include wood to wood fastening systems (Paslode), structural wood fasteners (GRK Fasteners), concrete anchoring systems (Tapcon, Red Head, Ramset), underlayment screws (Rock-On, Backer-On), self-drilling screws (Teks) and drywall anchoring systems (E-Z Anchor). Our products are trusted by industry professionals and each brand is the market leader in its respective categories in terms of quality, performance, and ease of use./ppITW offers its employees a path for advancement, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to help employees care for themselves, their families, and their futures./ph3Core Responsibilities:/h3ulliPrimarily focuses on high potential lumberyard, hardware and distribution partners in their territory and establishes relationships with decision makers by calling on the headquarters as well as individual locations generating a top down as well as bottom up sell in approach/liliGrow sales with key lumberyards in territory through store training, demos, shelf management, and demand creation with key end users/liliOnsite Sales demonstrations with end-users showcasing ITW products value prop/liliWorking with sales manager, build relationships with and conduct quarterly business reviews with distributor partners in territory to drive adoption of programs and promotions to drive sales./liliAssists in developing on-going/continuous market and competitive analysis (e.g. pricing, promotions, new products, new applications, etc.) of the territory by obtaining intelligence through multiple sources and participation in development of tactical and strategic territory plans/liliAnalyzes territory customers and sales insights to create demand and pull through of ITW products/liliActively works to enhance territory margin and market share by aggressive marketing to distributors, dealers, and key end users and implementation of regional/national account initiatives/liliKeeps an active pipeline of new and existing customers and opportunities utilizing salesforce.com./liliAll other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Job Requirements:/h3ulliBachelors degree required/lili3+ years of field sales experience/liliMust be able to drive a motor vehicle and maintain a clean driving record/liliTravel required; local and up to 50% overnight (company lease vehicle provided)/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office/li/ulpThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
