Join us in making a difference! Job Description As a valued team member, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests Provide membership information and facilitate tours Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS) Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement Standing for long periods Computer operations Ability to lift at least 50lbs
