Functieomschrijving:
Als machine operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en instellen van de verpakkings- en sorteermachines. Je controleert het fruit nauwkeurig op kwaliteit en of het voldoet aan de gestelde specificaties. Jouw inzet zorgt voor een vlot en ononderbroken productieproces. Kleine technische problemen los je zelf op en afwijkingen meld je direct. Gedurende het proces voer je controles uit om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Daarnaast houd je de werkplek schoon en veilig.
Functievereisten:
Wij geloven dat een goede klik belangrijker is dan een perfect cv. Herken jij jezelf in het grootste deel van de onderstaande functie-eisen? Dan horen we graag van je!
- Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een productierol binnen de voedingsmiddelenbranche.
- Technische kennis en het vermogen om problemen op te lossen zijn jou eigen.
- Je werkt secuur en hebt een scherp oog voor de kwaliteit van producten.
- Je bent beschikbaar om te werken in de dagdienst, van 07:00 tot 15:30 uur.
- Je bent bereid om af en toe extra uren te maken wanneer nodig.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
Voor jouw inzet kan je de volgende arbeidsvoorwaarden verwachten:
- Een maandloon tussen € 2.600,- en € 2.700,- bruto, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
- De mogelijkheid om over te werken, waarvoor een toeslag van 25% geldt.
- Een kilometervergoeding van € 0,23 voor woon-werkverkeer.
- Een plek binnen een stabiele en groeiende onderneming.
- Kansen om op termijn een contract voor onbepaalde tijd te bemachtigen.
