Als klantcontact medewerker draag je bij aan een positieve klantbeleving door het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen met uiteenlopende vragen, klachten en complexe situaties. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en effectief geholpen worden. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met interne en externe partijen en denk je actief mee over verbeterkansen binnen onze processen.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Beantwoorden van klantvragen: telefonisch en per e-mail, altijd met een vriendelijke en professionele houding.
- Oplossen van klachten: analyseren van situaties en bieden van passende oplossingen.
- Signaleren van kansen: proactief adviseren van klanten en doorgeven van commerciële mogelijkheden aan sales.
- Uitvoeren van administratieve taken: zoals het registreren en archiveren van klantinformatie.
- Analyseren van gegevens: opstellen van klantrapportages en signaleren van verbeterpunten.
- Salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.000 per maand o.b.v. 40 uur, exclusief vakantiegeld en vakantiedagen.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Flexibele werkweek van 24 tot 40 uur, ideaal voor parttime of fulltime inzet.
- 3,5 ATV-dagen en 24 vakantiedagen per jaar voor een goede werk-privébalans.
- Volledige OV-vergoeding of kilometervergoeding (€0,10 - €0,25) en een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,45 per dag.
- Een betrokken en resultaatgericht team dat je ondersteunt in je professionele groei.
We zoeken een klantgerichte professional die complexe situaties met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak kan beheren.
- Afgeronde Mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4.
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Sterke communicatieve en computervaardigheden.
- Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
