À titre d’Inspecteur(trice), Contrôle de la qualité - Électrique, vous serez responsable des inspections liées à la construction, à la modification ou à la réparation d’un navire, et ce selon le plan de contrôle de la qualité. Pour ce faire, vous devrez utiliser la documentation pertinente et les équipements calibrés en conformité avec les procédures. Vous serez responsable de rassembler les preuves de qualité (enregistrements et rapports) qui confirment les essais et les inspections effectués. Plus spécifiquement, vous aurez à :
- Examiner et analyser les spécifications associées au projet afin de préparer les plans d’inspection nécessaires;
- Effectuer les essais et inspections en production afin de s’assurer de la conformité du travail aux exigences des clients, aux normes et aux standards spécifiés;
- Effectuer les essais et inspections sur les matériaux et les équipements en stock sur le site;
- Comprendre les exigences spécifiques au projet et s’assurer que les travaux sont effectués conformément aux spécifications, aux règlements, aux normes et aux procédures internes;
- Identifier toute non-conformité à la suite d’une inspection et aider au traitement de ces non-conformités afin de favoriser leur résolution;
- Effectuer des inspections en présence du client afin de s’assurer que le produit final est conforme aux normes et exigences;
- Examiner les spécifications, les dessins, les procédures et les normes techniques nécessaires pour chaque projet;
- Participer à la création/révision de documents (tels que les spécifications, les rapports d’inspection, les audits d’assurance qualité, la documentation des systèmes techniques, et les procédures opérationnelles des normes d’inspection).
Exigences :
- Démontrer une expérience de travail pertinente en contrôle de la qualité dans l’industrie de la construction ou de l’industrie manufacturière lourde;
- Détenir une ou plusieurs formations dans le domaine de l’électricité maritime (IEEE 45, TP127, etc.) (préférable);
- Avoir une connaissance approfondie des procédures de contrôle de la qualité, de la tenue des dossiers et des systèmes;
- Maitrise du français (écrit et oral) et anglais fonctionnel car le titulaire sera amené à interagir avec nos clients, partenaires et fournisseurs anglophones.
- Capacité à interpréter les spécifications et les dessins techniques;
- Connaissance de l’étalonnage des instruments de mesure;
- Connaissance des règlements de la société de classification (Lloyds, ABS, etc.);
- Aisance dans l’utilisation des logiciels Microsoft Office;
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et en présence de clients;
- Réussite du processus d’enquête et d’obtention de l’attestation de sécurité exigée dans le cadre du Programme de sécurité des contrats du gouvernement fédéral. (Minimum de 5 ans de résidence au Canada, sans interruption pendant 6 mois consécutif)
