What You'll Do Drive revenue growth by executing strategic territory plans, meeting sales goals, and supporting national objectives. Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, clinical partners, and key customers to expand market reach. Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and application support to ensure customers feel confident and cared for. Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit existing accounts, prospect new opportunities, and stay connected to market needs. Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and recommend process improvements that elevate performance and customer experience. Partner across internal teamsincluding service, support, customer experience, marketing, and financeto ensure smooth operations and delighted customers. Maintain CRM accuracy, review performance metrics, and continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales approach. What You Bring Key Competencies: Strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning Outstanding customer service presence and problem-solving capabilities Clear, persuasive communication skills and confident presentation ability High ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills Dependable follow-through and readiness to put in the effort needed to achieve results Education & Training: Bachelor's degree required Previous experience in medical device sales strongly preferred Additional certifications or relevant industry training a plus Who Thrives Here People who love autonomy, who enjoy being out in the field, who build rapport easily, and who hold themselves accountable tend to shine in this role.
