Sachbearbeiter Order Processing (m/w/d) - Inside Sales Management
Du hältst im Hintergrund die Fäden zusammen, damit im Vertrieb alles rundläuft – vom Auftrag bis zur Auslieferung.
Wenn du gerne den Überblick behältst, Prozesse steuerst und Kunden zuverlässig betreust, findest du hier genau die richtige Mischung aus Struktur und Verantwortung.
- Auftragsabwicklung: Du erfasst Kundenaufträge, prüfst Termine und steuerst den gesamten Prozess bis zur Auslieferung.
- Kundenkommunikation: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für nationale und internationale Kunden – verbindlich und lösungsorientiert.
- Dokumentenmanagement: Du erstellst Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen.
- Reklamationshandling: Du begleitest Kundenreklamationen strukturiert und sorgst für eine saubere Nachverfolgung.
- Schnittstellensteuerung: Du koordinierst dich eng mit Disposition, Logistik, Qualitätsmanagement und Zoll.
- Vertriebsunterstützung: Du unterstützt bei Messen, Verkaufsaktionen und bringst dich in organisatorische Themen ein.
- Kaufmännischer Hintergrund: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Prozessverständnis: Du denkst in Abläufen und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Kundenfokus: Du handelst serviceorientiert – intern wie extern – und bleibst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen souverän.
- Internationalität: Du fühlst dich im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden sicher und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
