Niché sur une colline en plein cœur du vignoble genevois, le Domaine de Châteauvieux, restaurant gastronomique de 19/20 au Gault & Millau, se situe à Satigny (canton de Genève), la plus grande commune viticole de Suisse.
Cette ancienne ferme viticole, émanant du XVIe siècle, a su conserver son charme d’antan. 12 chambres et 1 suite, toutes décorées avec élégance et raffinement bénéficient d’une vue magnifique sur les vignes, le Rhône ou les montagnes.

Compétences requises :
Connaissance et maîtrise des techniques culinaires
Connaissances approfondies des règles d'hygiène (HACCP) et de sécurité alimentaire
Excellentes connaissances des produits et de l'utilisation de l'équipement de cuisine
Appliquer les normes de présentation des plats
Travailler en corrélation avec les équipes de salle
Description du poste :
Réaliserez, coordonnerez et gèrerez d'une manière autonome et rationnelle l'ensemble des opérations de votre partie nécessaires à la mise en place, à la préparation et au dressage des plats dans le cadre des normes techniques et esthétiques de l'établissement.
Aider à évaluer les besoins en approvisionnement et à gérer les stocks et les commandes
Respecter les normes HACCP et de sécurité
Votre profil :
CFC de cuisinier ou jugé équivalent
Expérience dans un établissement étoilé
Expérience de minimum 3 ans en qualité de chef de partie
Vous êtes motivé(e)s, avez un sens aigu de l’organisation et du travail en équipe
Flexibilité et rapidité d'exécution
Bonne organisation, créativité
Résistant au stresse
