Job Overview Blueprint Brands is looking for an Off‑Premise Sales Rep to sell, promote, and grow our portfolio in NYC. The role covers the Brooklyn territory.

$55,000 – $60,700 per year, including bonuses.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote company goodwill.
Represent world‑class brands in a dynamic market.
Grow brand presence within existing accounts.
Improve merchandising with permanent and paper POS.
Collect accounts receivable in accordance with State Law.
Develop new accounts and grow the distribution base.
Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information, and other questions in a timely manner.
Execute monthly and quarterly priorities related to business activities.
Create relationships with account personnel and supplier teams to enhance customer service.
Support the Marketing Team in executing brand development programs and placing promotional materials.
Field and follow up on leads with the beer team, consult on beverage programs, and provide tasting appointments and product information as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations.
Passion for spirits, superior customer service skills, and ability to build customer relationships.
Background in spirits sales with an emphasis on mixology.
Some industry experience preferred but not required.
Capacity to bend and lift heavy objects regularly.
Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
Comfortable with technology.
Positive, approachable demeanor, willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
Ability to multi‑task and pivot efficiently between job functions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a solicitors license.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team.
Must read and write in English.
Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.
Daily travel throughout the assigned territory with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Car stipend provided.
High School diploma or better required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Driver’s License required.
