Über
Le superviseur en entretien des bâtiments est chargé d'effectuer des tâches générales d'entretien des bâtiments et des bureaux, y compris le nettoyage, le déneigement et la tonte des pelouses. Assurer l'entretien et la propreté des installations tout en veillant à la sécurité de la propriété. Assister le coordonnateur de la base de Montréal dans la gestion des opérations quotidiennes de la station de Montréal, en veillant au strict respect des procédures de sécurité conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise. Planifier et diriger les activités des employés de la station sous votre supervision, participer à la formation des nouveaux employés et préparer divers rapports pour la direction. Participer à la préparation des horaires de travail, tenir à jour les feuilles de temps des concierges et du personnel d'entretien et procéder à l'évaluation du travail.
Effectuer l'entretien quotidien des équipements et des véhicules au sol, en programmant des inspections si nécessaire. Superviser les différents systèmes du bâtiment, en veillant à ce que l'entretien et les inspections soient effectués en temps voulu. Servir de premier intervenant en cas d'appels d'urgence liés à des défaillances des systèmes du bâtiment. Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs pour programmer les inspections et les réparations du bâtiment et de l'équipement au sol. Effectuer des ajustements et des réparations mineures sur les systèmes de chauffage, de refroidissement, de ventilation, de plomberie et d'électricité, et contacter des commerçants pour les réparations majeures. Tenir à jour l'inventaire des fournitures et des équipements et effectuer des achats mineurs si nécessaire. Ce poste exige une approche proactive des opérations de maintenance et un engagement à respecter les normes les plus strictes en matière de sécurité et de qualité. Participer aux audits internes et externes et assurer le suivi des mesures correctives.
AVEZ-VOUS LE PROFIL ?
• Vous détenez un D.E.S. ou l’équivalent et de l’expérience dans un poste similaire;
• Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que concierge et/ou dans un poste similaire;
• Vous êtes connu pour votre ponctualité et vous comprenez l'importance de la sécurité et les risques associés au travail à proximité des avions;
• Vous êtes en bonne forme physique. Vous n'avez pas le vertige;
• Vous avez des compétences en leadership. Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et de planification;
• Vous avez des connaissances générales en informatique;
• Vous êtes disponible pour répondre aux appels en dehors des heures de travail;
• Bilingue (français et anglais), vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes de communication. Avoir un anglais fonctionnel est requis afin de pouvoir échanger au quotidien avec vos collaborateurs des autres stations et bases;
• Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale et la capacité de maintenir une attitude axée sur le client dans un environnement exigeant et en évolution rapide;
• Connaissance des groupes motopropulseurs, des moteurs diesel et à essence. Une connaissance pratique des systèmes électriques et hydrauliques, de la fabrication métallique et du soudage serait un atout;
• Vous devez être capable de lire et de comprendre divers schémas pour le dépannage de maintenance et de maîtriser les ordinateurs et les outils de diagnostic;
• Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide. Vous pouvez conduire divers types d'équipements et de véhicules de classe 5.
