Your new company A long-standing manufacturing company in Dublin 2 are looking to hire a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. They are an end-to-end manufacturing site and offer excellent flexibility. The hybrid working policy is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home and the flexitime benefits on offer mean you can work 40 hours at times that suit you. They also have a policy which allows you to add 9 additional holiday days per year. Your new role You will join a finance team of 10 people and report directly to the Head of Finance. Your duties will be budgeting, forecasting and business partnering focused and will include: Lead the annual budget process Business partner with different areas of the business, in particular on costs and budgets Prepare standard costs and work towards achieving BOM targets Carry out forecasting and trend analysis, providing insights to support the Head of Finance presenting to the Senior Leadership Team Provide variance analysis and commentary for month end Assist on other costing, reporting and budgeting related duties What you'll need to succeed An experienced Management Accountant with manufacturing industry experience - open to both Fully Qualified and Qualified by Experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting Ability to commute to Dublin 2, 3 times per week A good working knowledge of French is required. What you'll get in return You will be rewarded with a salary of €60,000 - €65,000 depending on experience and benefits will apply for this role. Benefits include Bonus scheme 10 - 20%, swirl cards a €1,500 a year tax-free. 22 days annual leave plus potential to build up 9 additional holiday days. Hybrid working on-site 2/3 days a week, working from home the remaining days a week and excellent flexibility for work-life balance.
