Location: Preferred NY/NJ, can work remotely but need to come to NYC office when required 60 percent travel Fulltime only Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Healthcare Sales Hunter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and hunt new logos within the Healthcare Payer sector and driving sales growth. Should have experience of selling enterprise level product and solutions to Payers segment of US healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Focus on sales hunting and opening new logos within the healthcare industry, targeting Payers, ACOs, Gov-Health, Medicare Advantage (MA), MAPD organizations. Conduct daily/weekly outreach and client meetings via calls, teleconferences, and other communication channels to identify and qualify prospective clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, with an emphasis on acquiring new customers (new logos) Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities. Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to attract new prospects and drive engagement. Leverage a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, articulate the value proposition of our solutions, and close new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success in sales hunting and acquiring new clients. Strong network of contacts and relationships within the healthcare sector, with a focus on key decision-makers and influencers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel as needed.
