Dan ben jij de Lead Maintenance Operations die wij zoeken!
Over de functie In deze nieuwe functie stuur jij 5 zelfstandig werkende teamleads (in ploegendienst) aan en deel je je kennis met zowel de teamleads als de monteurs. Je maakt, bewaakt en past de onderhoudsplanning aan. Daarnaast neem jij de teamleads dagelijks mee in prioriteiten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt voor onderlinge afstemming tussen de ploegen en bewaakt dat werkzaamheden daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd.
Tevens kijk je samen met het team continu naar verbeteringen in het uitvoeren van het preventief onderhoud, zowel op technisch als op organisatorisch vlak.
Vanzelfsprekend heb je bij alles veiligheid altijd voorop staan.
Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Het maken van de onderhoudsplanning, bijstellen en bijsturen
- Je werkt samen met de de planners van onze klant, Bol. en diens logistieke dienstverlener (CEVA)
- Teamleads aansturen en coachen
- Monitoren en behalen van KPI’s zoals Technische beschikbaarheid en Uitgevoerd Preventief Onderhoud
Overige verantwoordelijkheden
- Juist gebruik van het Maintenance Management Systeem (CMMS)
- Initiëren van verbeterprojecten in planning, processen en samenwerking
- Optimaliseren van onderhoudsconcepten, daarbij ook samenwerkend met andere SSI-vestigingen
Voor jou - Een salaris tussen € 5.200 - € 5.500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding
- Een fulltime functie, 27 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV-dagen, PME pensioen, CAO Metalektro, reiskostenvergoeding € 0,23 per kilometer (max. 50 km enkele reis)
- Een sleutelrol binnen een dynamische onderhoudsorganisatie
- Veel invloed op planning, teamperformance en werkstructuur

- Je kunt uitstekend plannen & prioriteiten stellen
- Je kunt mensen aansturen en coachen en daarmee de juiste resultaten halen
- Je kunt uitstekend overzicht houden in een drukke en complexe omgeving
- Je bent sterk in je communicatie en weet informatie over te dragen aan de juiste personen
- Je bent kwaliteitsgericht
- Je bent daadkrachtig en durft beslissingen te nemen
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring in een technische (maintenance) omgeving
- Ervaring met planning, bijvoorbeeld als werkvoorbereider
- Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Je kunt je goed redden in het Engels zowel spreken als schrijven
