Heb jij ervaring binnen de scheepvaart en transport en weet jij als geen ander hoe je voor- en natransporten efficiënt organiseert? Krijg jij energie van het schakelen tussen klanten, vervoerders en interne afdelingen? Wil jij werken binnen een internationale maritieme omgeving waar service en samenwerking centraal staan? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!
Wat ga je doen?
Als Transport Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle voor- en natransporten per lichter, trein of truck. Je organiseert transportopdrachten namens klanten en ontvangers en zorgt ervoor dat alles zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt, zonder onnodige kosten. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega’s binnen het team en onderhoud je dagelijks contact met vervoerders, klanten en interne afdelingen.
Je verzamelt alle relevante informatie voor douaneformaliteiten en transportactiviteiten en stelt transportinstructies en -offertes op voor zowel leveranciers als klanten. Daarnaast voer je diverse administratieve werkzaamheden uit, zoals het aanmaken van werkorders, archiveren, facturatie en het opstellen van klantrapportages. Ook ondersteun je bij klantenservicegerelateerde activiteiten binnen de afdeling. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin multitasken en servicegerichtheid essentieel zijn.

Wat moet je willen?• Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar werkervaring binnen de scheepvaart- of transportbranche;
• Ervaring met MS Office (Word en Excel);
• In het bezit van Cargadoor I en II certificaten is een pré.
