As a sugarist, you will have the opportunity to sell the products and memberships that you genuinely believe in and are suitable for the client. Additionally, you will learn a new skill, sugaring, which is not taught in schools, and we will pay you while you learn. This is an incredible chance to grow with us right from the beginning, and as we add more locations each year. The responsibilities of a Sugarista include the following: Providing education-oriented skin services, as we believe in educating our clients about proper skin care during sugaring sessions. Performing full body sugaring services for both men and women. Conducting skin consultations and brow consultations prior to sugaring and tinting. Maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation and assisting with sanitation throughout the studio. Learning and selling memberships and products. Attending monthly employee education and development meetings. Developing harmonious relationships with co-workers and clients. Learning and becoming proficient in Square, our appointment booking and processing system. Performing additional tasks such as maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and sugaring rooms, restocking products and disposables, and more. What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work at least one weekend day

You should have the ability to make people smile and laugh.
You should have a desire to help others feel good about themselves.
Requirements: You must have a valid Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of California. - High school diploma or equivalent Reliable means of transportation You should have a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination are necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in sugaring hair removal is a plus! Must pass a background check. Sugaring experience is a plus but not required.
