Sell parts to existing Smart Family of Cooling Products equipment customers. Parts are sold on an aftermarket basis Response time should be immediate (over the phone) Majority of quotes should be quick e-mail noting: part number. Customer cost and including Smart Family of Cooling Products standard terms and conditions. Keep an active ongoing OPEN ORDERS sheet. Have sheet available for anyone to view at anytime Use the QuickBooks system to quote, invoice, and track all parts sales Invoice parts in QuickBooks immediately upon shipment Reorder any inventory parts immediately Maintain Parts and Compressor inventory including: Recording all used inventory parts and compressors Monitoring stock levels and adjusting Always maintaining a 6-month stock quantity (on a 2-year average basis) of parts and compressors. Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Industry experience preferred. Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and work on a computer.
