The Role This is a senior-level opportunity for a polished, relationship-driven sales leader who understands the luxury wedding market and thrives in a high-touch, high-performance environment. As our Wedding Sales Associate + Event Manager, you’ll lead couples through one of the most important decisions of their lives — selecting the team that will bring their wedding vision to life. From initial inquiry to contract close, you’ll serve as both trusted advisor and strategic closer, delivering an elevated client experience that reflects the Café Natalie Catering brand.

What You Bring
Proven success in wedding, luxury hospitality, catering, or event sales Strong relationship-building skills with couples, planners, venues, and industry partners Experience managing high-value events and long sales cycles Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills Ability to guide clients through emotional and detail-oriented decision-making Confidence managing multiple clients, timelines, and proposals simultaneously CRM proficiency (HubSpot and Caterease preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand
What You’ll Do
Manage and convert inbound wedding inquiries into booked events Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and referral partners across Houston Lead consultations, tastings, venue meetings, and follow-up communications Create customized proposals that sell the full Café Natalie experience Guide couples through the sales process with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Maintain and manage pipelines, client communication, and forecasting within HubSpot Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless execution Represent Café Natalie at networking events, showcases, and industry functions Work directly with leadership on wedding sales growth strategy
