Department of OB/GYN

An opportunity exists in the Department of OB/GYN for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team.  The Department of OB/GYN works in outpatient clinic locations in the metropolitan Phoenix area.  The outpatient clinic locations qualify for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program.  There is a current opening for a full-time position.  The position would include employment through District Medical Group Inc. (DMG), a multi-specialty group with 400+ providers exclusively contracted to provide patient care and teaching within the Valleywise Health System.

Primary responsibilities will include well-woman care, new OB patient evaluations, routine prenatal care, and postpartum care.

Candidate must have an Arizona NP license, strong interpersonal skills, and an outstanding work ethic.  Previous clinical experience and Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.

DMG is a not-for-profit faculty practice plan owned and operated by physicians who represent all the major medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.  DMG is the academic faculty practice plan for the Creighton University College of Medicine (Phoenix) and is affiliated with the area’s most comprehensive teaching hospital and medical center, Valleywise Health Medical Center.
