Salary range: $1,505.20 – $2,289.20 gross per week (based on 40 hours)

The Physical Therapist I provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge.

New graduates are encouraged to apply, with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into acute care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training
  • Support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and safety
  • Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.

2. Current state Physical Therapy license.

3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

St. Mary's of Nazareth offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $39.51 to $57.23 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
