We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Internet Sales Manager to assist in developing and maintaining our sales force. We are committed to hiring highly skilled performers with a proven record of success, integrity, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional experience for our customers.
The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the dealership's online sales effort, including lead generation, online lead management, and website content. This individual will manage the internet sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure compliance.

Role Responsibilities:
Manage internet leads and ensure timely follow-up to drive appointments and sales
Lead and support the Internet Sales Team in converting leads into showroom traffic and deals
Track daily performance metrics and implement improvements to increase results
Maintain accurate and optimized website inventory, pricing, and content
Recruit, train, and coach team members while holding them accountable to KPIs
Stay involved in daily operations, assisting with customers and deal flow as needed
Support digital campaigns and lead generation efforts to grow sales and profitability
Employee Prerequisites:
Proven automotive sales leadership experience; competitive, performance-based compensation
Ready to step in quickly and drive results from day one
Experience managing digital marketing, website performance, and online lead flow in a dealership setting
Strong knowledge of CRM tools to track performance and improve conversion
Results-driven with strong organizational skills and a data-focused approach
