Voor dit bedrijf in de procesindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een maintenance planner. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met 350 werknemers. De laatste jaren trekt het bedrijf steevast de kaart van een circulaire filosofie; al hun afvalstoffen worden verwerkt tot ander eindproducten.
FunctieAls Planner-Coördinator ben jij de spil tussen de onderhoudsteams en de productieafdelingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zowel mechanische als elektrische onderhoudswerkzaamheden – preventief én curatief – efficiënt worden ingepland en opgevolgd. Daarnaast coördineer je de samenwerking met externe firma’s en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Maintenance Manager en leidt dagelijks planningsmeetings.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Planning en coördinatie: Opstellen van zowel de dagplanning als een gedetailleerde 6-wekenplanning, rekening houdend met personeelscapaciteit, productiestilstanden en beschikbare materialen.
- Dagelijkse afstemming: In overleg met verschillende afdelingen zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering van de geplande werken en bespreek je eventuele bijsturingen.
- Shutdown en pitstops: Je plant en organiseert maandelijkse shutdowns, reductiedagen, pitstops en Turnarounds (TA). Bij grotere projecten ondersteun je de TA-coördinator.
- KPI-analyse: Je volgt wekelijkse updates en evaluaties van de planning KPI's en doet voorstellen voor verbetering en efficiëntie.
- Externe partners: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met externe firma's om onderhoudswerkzaamheden vlot in te plannen.
- Procesverbetering: Je stelt verbeteringen voor op het gebied van preventief en predictief onderhoud om kosten te reduceren en de efficiëntie te verhogen.
- Administratie: Je zorgt voor een accurate administratie rond de planning van de werkzaamheden.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in onderhoudsplanning.
- Ervaring met MRP en SAP (planning module) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent sterk in organiseren, behoudt makkelijk overzicht en stelt prioriteiten waar nodig.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar werkt ook goed zelfstandig.
- Communicatief vaardig, assertief en flexibel.
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Ervaring met MS Office (Excel, Word) en SAP.
