Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
Aufgaben
- Begrüssung unserer Gäste mit unterschiedlichen Anforderung
- Betreuung der Gäste, um ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu gewährleisten
- Koordination von Tischreservierungen und Sitzplatzzuweisungen gemäss den Gästepräferenzen
- Unterstützung des Servicepersonals bei Bedarf, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Restaurantbetriebs zu gewährleisten
- Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Gästen, Servicepersonal und Management
- Pflege der Menüs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B Büro
Profil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Gästebetreuung oder Kundenservice, vorzugsweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und professionelles Erscheinungsbild
- Grosse Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein ist Ihre Stärke
- Saubere und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie lieben den Kundenkontakt und behalten auch in hektischen Momenten immer ein Lächeln
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, alle weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil
