Lone Tree Retirement Community is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated *LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift* to join our growing team. At *Lone Tree Retirement Community*, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a warm, supportive environment. As an *LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift*, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents.

*Key Responsibilities:*
As an *LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift* at *Lone Tree Retirement Community*, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct nursing care to residents during *Day Shift or Night Shift*
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitoring and documenting residents’ health status
* Communicating effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
* Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure quality care
* Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
* Upholding the standards and values of *Lone Tree Retirement Community*
*Qualifications:*
* Current, active license as an *LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift*
* Previous experience as an *LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift* preferred, but not required
* Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
