The platform combines workforce research, hiring market visibility, operational analysis, and executive interpretation to help contractors navigate increasingly labor-constrained construction environments with greater clarity and confidence. Rather than functioning solely as a recruiting organization, AlphaHire is developing a long-term intelligence ecosystem designed to support executive decision-making across workforce planning, operational scaling, retention strategy, hiring execution, and market positioning. Requirements
10+ years of leadership experience within commercial construction, infrastructure, mission-critical construction, industrial construction, renewable energy, specialty contracting, or related sectors Prior experience serving in operational leadership roles such as President, COO, VP Operations, Division Executive, Regional Executive, General Manager, Executive Project Leader, Preconstruction Executive, or equivalent Strong understanding of workforce planning, labor constraints, operational scaling, hiring strategy, and execution risk within construction environments Experience overseeing multi-project operations, regional business units, or large-scale construction initiatives preferred Ability to contribute practical operational insight grounded in active industry leadership experience Experience navigating labor shortages, compensation pressure, workforce retention challenges, or rapid organizational growth environments strongly preferred Direct construction industry leadership experience is required Interest in labor market interpretation, workforce forecasting, operational analytics, or construction industry research preferred Benefits Advisory participation structures will vary based on experience, level of involvement, and strategic contribution.
