Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients and prospects
Learn sales and business development strategies
Assist customers with insurance and financial protection needs
Develop leadership and communication skills
Work closely with mentors and district leadership
Learn day‑to‑day agency operations and management
Requirements
Licensing: You must hold or be willing to quickly obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and then Life & Health insurance licenses.
Experience & Skills: 2 to 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or client‑facing experience is strongly preferred. You must be highly motivated and comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling.
Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational abilities
Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear interest in future ownership
Ability to self‑manage and prioritize tasks effectively
Leadership potential and willingness to learn
Willingness to complete Personality Assessment when prompted after applying
