The Role The
Manager, Revenue Analytics & Planning
plays a key role in driving data‑informed decision‑making across TimelyCare’s go‑to‑market (GTM) organization. This role reports to the VP, Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to deliver clear insights into pipeline health, bookings performance, and retention trends.
This person will own GTM reporting, forecasting analytics, and KPI development, helping ensure that business decisions are grounded in accurate, timely, and actionable data. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and thrives on turning complex data into clear business narratives that drive alignment and performance.
Location TimelyCare’s primary location is Fort Worth, Texas. This is a remote position, reviewing candidates across the country.
What You’ll Do
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain GTM dashboards and reports (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, or BI tools) to track pipeline, bookings, renewal, and retention performance.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to define and standardize KPIs across the GTM funnel.
Analyze performance trends and deliver concise insights that inform leadership decisions.
Provide ad hoc analysis on topics such as conversion rates, territory performance, and campaign ROI.
Planning & Forecasting
Support the annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles by modeling pipeline coverage, bookings targets, and renewal assumptions.
Maintain forecasting models and provide variance analysis versus plan.
Help define methodologies for pipeline quality, velocity, and stage progression.
Data Stewardship
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across GTM systems, working closely with the GTM Systems and Business Systems teams.
Partner with RevOps Process Manager to ensure processes capture the right data for performance measurement.
Develop and document metric definitions, dashboards, and data governance standards.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
Act as the analytical business partner to Sales leadership.
Synthesize data into business recommendations for process or performance improvement.
Support RevOps leadership in executive‑level presentations and quarterly business reviews.
Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals.
What You Bring
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Excel/Google Sheets, and one or more BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Experience with pipeline analytics, forecasting, and KPI development.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills – able to distill complex data into actionable insights.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects.
Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The salary range for this opportunity is $110,000-$120,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
