What you get to do every day
Drive advisor success by providing expert guidance on plan design, compensation structures, and regulatory documentation.
Manage and resolve a high volume of advisor inquiries via email and phone, delivering clear, actionable solutions.
Coordinate complex problem resolution with cross‑functional teams, including Account Management, Client Services, and Partnerships.
Identify patterns in advisor challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable process improvements.
Maintain meticulous case management practices, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution tracking while meeting service‑level agreements.
Provide white‑glove service to financial advisor contacts, clarifying support channels and services.
What you bring to the role
3+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as customer support, account management, or call center operations; or equivalent college experience.
2+ years of Retirement Services experience, managing 401(k) plan administration and ensuring strict ERISA compliance.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) to manage case lifecycle and drive resolution.
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Compliance, Operations, and external recordkeepers to resolve complex plan issues.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills blending professionalism with empathy across phone and email interactions.
Resilience and composure under pressure, maintaining high service standards.
Clear ability to distill complex retirement concepts into actionable insights for advisors.

Compensation Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 depending on geographic region, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and equity. The total rewards package includes a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits.
