We are looking for motivated individuals to help launch our Lenexa office branch opening July 13th. What You'll Do:
Drive Consumer Engagement:
Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability Problem Solve:
Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes. Master Multi-System Navigation:
Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service Maintain Accurate Records:
Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels Collaborate for Success:

who are looking to transition their skills $20 - $20 an hour For U.S.-based hires, the pay rate for this role is currently set at $20 per hour. The applicable pay rate for any individual hire depends on the geographic labor market associated with the employee's primary work location along with other factors such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
