Overview We are a diversified business Group based in Bahrain, having interests across various sectors including manufacturing, retail, transport & logistics, real estate, etc. The opportunity is at a spin-off catering/restaurant entity within the Group, operating for 10+ years, reorganized recently as an independent business unit with expansion plans into fine dining, gourmet coffee, bakery, industrial & event catering. As our
Remote Restaurant Manager , you will be the architect of our F&B journey and will lead the development of a thriving F&B culture from scratch in a startup environment, supported by an established conglomerate Group.
Who You Are
Experience:
7 to 10+ years of managerial experience in a
FINE DINING
restaurant group, with at least 2 years specifically managing industrial/ catering teams
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality Management
Mindset:
You are a self-starter who thrives in high-autonomy environments and can build structure where none exists
Tech-Savvy
with
Excellent Communication Skills
