We are growing and looking for an experienced litigation paralegal who thrives in a serious litigation environment and can operate effectively in a remote setting with professionalism, ownership, and strong communication. Responsibilities The Opportunity This is not a basic support position. You will work closely with attorneys handling business disputes and be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one, even while working remotely.
You will:
Draft and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and correspondence
Manage discovery workflow and help drive cases forward efficiently
Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and procedural issues
Coordinate and organize materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Maintain highly organized digital case files and litigation records
Manage calendars, deadlines, and docketing with absolute accuracy
File documents electronically in state and federal courts and coordinate in‑person filings when required
Serve as a steady operational force, ensuring litigation progresses smoothly

The strongest candidates will have:
Significant litigation paralegal experience, ideally in business or commercial litigation
Confidence using NY state and federal e‑filing systems
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written communication and responsiveness
A proactive, ownership mindset
Professional maturity and calm under pressure

While the role is remote, occasional coordination for in‑person filings or litigation support may be required depending on case needs.

Compensation $85,000 - $90,000 per year. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
