The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, support Agile delivery, and ensure customer-focused solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Requirement/Must Have
Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business and data analysis artifacts. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst. Strong experience with Scrum methodology, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies. Experience creating Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Strong SQL/database and data analysis experience. Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and Project Server. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience
10+ years of Business Analysis and Data Analysis experience. 5+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience supporting SDLC, UAT, regression testing, and customer-focused solution delivery. Responsibilities
Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams to understand business processes and customer needs. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify business and system gaps. Create process flows, BPMN 2.0 diagrams, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business requirements into Agile Epics, Features, and User Stories. Map user stories to technical designs and system modifications. Maintain and prioritize Product and Sprint backlogs with Product Owners. Develop test objectives, test plans, and test cases including regression testing. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with stakeholders. Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC. Should Have
Experience with reporting systems, operational data stores, data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts. Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or TestComplete. Agile and Business Analysis certifications preferred. Skills
