For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director Global Pricing Strategy & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support financial planning, forecasting, and operational performance initiatives that improve business visibility and decision‑making. You will partner with executive leadership and global and cross‑functional stakeholders to strengthen planning processes, financial discipline, and scalable operations. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and long‑term financial strategy within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $177,000 – $221,000 annually.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of global pricing strategies for pipeline products in key markets
Establish pricing guidance and launch sequencing strategies to maximize global value
Evaluate pricing scenarios by analyzing payer dynamics, competition, and regulations
Integrate pricing considerations into clinical and commercial planning for early asset strategy
Design advanced pricing analytics including price-volume trade-offs and IRP impact
Generate insights from real‑world data to inform pricing decisions
Drive pricing governance processes and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with an emphasis on pricing, market access, or commercial analytics
Experience in global pricing strategies and launch pricing preferred
Deep understanding of global pricing and payer dynamics
Strong analytical skills with a background in pricing modeling and data analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
