About the business Imagine a role where you can provide top‑notch veterinary care without the stress of a traditional clinic setting, where the vet comes to the client, ensuring a calm and comfortable experience for both animals and their owners. With a state‑of‑the‑art mobile clinic equipped with a theatre, you’ll have all the tools you need to perform consultations and surgeries on the go.
The role As Clinical Director, you will cover the south Kent area, you’ll enjoy a four‑day workweek, with one day dedicated to management and three days focused on clinical duties. The role involves around 10 home visits per day, supported by a 13‑strong dedicated team, including vets, RVNs who triage calls and arrange appointments, and administrative staff.

Skills and experience required
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for small animal care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A valid UK driving licence
