Crown Heights Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

• Work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to assist with treatment programs
• Record treatment in medical records
• Communicates with interdisciplinary team members regarding resident progress, problems, and plans
• Records daily treatments and labor according to facility procedure
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance or home exercise programs
• Coordinate with inter-departmental personnel

• Degree from an American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited School of Occupational Therapy
• Current NYS licensure
• COVID-19 Vaccination

• Previous experience in post-acute/long-term care
