HiFyve is hiring a Sales Manager in the heavy equipment industry in Kent, WA! Salary: $150,000 - $175,000/year Shift: Days Location: Hybrid (within commuting distance of Kent, WA or Mount Vernon, WA) Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside Sales Representatives across multiple territories Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals Set sales targets and monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM data Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations to drive accountability Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and pipeline activity Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers Support negotiations on large equipment deals and complex transactions Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities Drive growth across new, used, and rental equipment sales Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 5–7+ years of outside sales experience in heavy equipment or related industry 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience Strong knowledge of heavy equipment markets and customer segments Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Financial acumen including forecasting, pricing, and margin management Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Ability to travel regularly, including field work and overnight travel as needed Valid driver's license with clean driving record If you are interested, please apply
