Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists./ph3Job Description/h3ulliUtilize Electronic Medical Record system/liliAssists physicians by performing administrative and clinical duties/liliInterviews patients to obtain their medical history./liliRecords patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files./liliCleans and sterilize medical equipment and instruments./liliAssists physicians during examination by handing over instruments and materials./liliClean treatment rooms following patient examinations./liliDemonstrate a commitment to maintain work practices that comply with established office policies and procedures./liliPromote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and peers./liliOversee and ensure that patients needs are met and that patients are served in an efficient and patient-friendly manner/liliRespond to staff doctor needs before, during, and after patient exam/liliAnswer incoming telephone calls, greet and check in patients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExcellent computer skills/liliAbility to work with confidential information and under pressure/liliStrong communication skills/liliStrong organizational skills/liliDemonstrates initiative/liliTeam player/li/ulpJob Type: Full-time Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm/ppPay rate starting at $20/hr, based on experience/ppMinimum: 1 to 5 years of work experience in a medical setting/ppPreferred experience with Electronic Medical Record EHR/ppFlexibility to travel to satellite clinics on occasion with travel reimbursements/ppHigh School Diploma is required/ph3Additional Information/h3pAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines./p/div
