Assignment Length: 1-year contract (potential extension/conversion)
About the Role
We are partnering with a leading Southern California energy company focused on delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of customer-focused programs, including energy efficiency and discount initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone with program or project support experience who enjoys working in a structured, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple programs, including energy efficiency and customer discount initiatives
Assist Program Advisors with tracking, reporting, and day-to-day program operations
Analyze program data and help ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance tracking
Coordinate across internal teams to support program execution and deadlines
Maintain documentation, reports, and process workflows
Provide general program and project support as needed
Qualifications
2 5+ years of experience in program coordination, business analysis, or project support roles (e.g., Program Specialist, Junior PM, Business Analyst)
Experience working in a structured or regulated environment (utilities, energy, government, etc.) is highly preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
SAP experience is a plus
Additional Details
Schedule: Monday Thursday onsite, Fridays remote
Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM
3:00 PM PST (some flexibility available)
Interview Process: 1 round with hiring manager (may include additional team members)
Training: On-the-job training and shadowing provided
Team Size: 5 (3 Program Advisors, 2 support roles)
