Salary Range: $60 - $63/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are looking for a UX Designer to lead the experience vision and design of internal AI-driven tools that transform how our Gaming Operations teams manage insights, workflows, and player support at scale. You'll define how AI, automation, and human-centered design intersect to create intuitive, efficient, and empowering internal experiences helping business leaders more efficiently manage our business. Analysts and support agents will work smarter, faster, and with greater clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience leading UX strategy and execution for AI-powered internal tools.
Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams.
Experience translating complex operational requirements into elegant, intuitive design systems.
Experience mapping end-to-end user journeys and optimizing pain points.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with PL/SQL.
Experience in creating design frameworks that balance efficiency, trust, and user delight for non-customer-facing tools.
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across support, moderation, compliance, and analytics.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy and execution for AI-powered internal tools that support operations, data insights, and automation workflows.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering to translate complex operational requirements into design systems.
Partner with stakeholders to map user journeys and optimize pain points.
