Job Description:
Position Overview
The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between business operations, finance stakeholders, and technical delivery teams supporting the AFR modernization initiative.
This role will focus heavily on requirements gathering, workflow analysis, operational documentation, user engagement, testing coordination, and business process modernization.
Core Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements
Analyze business functions, workflows, and operational procedures
Support business process reengineering initiatives
Develop functional specifications and user stories
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
Support software testing and validation activities
Assist with acceptance criteria and test case development
Support operational reporting and workflow mapping
Recommend operational improvements and efficiencies
Assist with project planning and documentation
Support user training and user guide development
Required Experience
Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering
Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
Experience supporting software development initiatives
Experience with testing and validation activities
Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
Public-sector project experience
Agile and Waterfall experience
Financial systems or accounting operations experience
User training and documentation experience
Sprachkenntnisse
